Need to update your phone number, email, or mailing address? Your property manager must make those changes in Building Stack.

Steps

  1. Reach out to your property manager (phone, email, or in-person).

  2. Tell them exactly which contact details need updating.

  3. They’ll update your profile in Building Stack and confirm when it’s done.

Tip: If you have access to Building Stack already, you may be able to contact your property manager directly in our platform.
